General terms for lukaseparts.eu

We deliver only within the EU zone.
Due to strict customs regulations in different countries and regions, we will no longer distribute goods outside the EU zone.

We refer Swedish customers to our local online stores.

Payment in advance via PayPal or alternatively directly to our bank account.

Flat rate shipping cost of € 12.00 incl. VAT
We deliver with DHL to the nearest delivery point or, for smaller orders and lower product value, as regular mail.

All prices in this online store are in the Euro currency and include VAT.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

If you have any comments in general, please enter this at checkout in the Order notes box.

After we receive your order, at the same time you receive an automatic order confirmation from the shopping system, we process your order.
You will receive a proforma invoice from us and then within a few minutes an invoice from PayPal, which refers to our proforma invoice.

At this point, your order is ready to be packed and shipped.
After we receive your payment, your goods leave our warehouse.
You will also then receive a delivery confirmation with a possible shipment number for tracking.

Business
For commercial customers within EU with registred VAT no, we ship without VAT (exkl moms).
In this case we reduce VAT prices by 20 %.
Please note the VAT number at the Order notes box.
We will then adjust the prices in the pro forma invoice so you see this clearly before payment is made. If you wish to pay in advance directly to our bank account, please also write this in the message.

If you are active in trade (dealer, OEM/ODM), please contact us. In some cases, we can offer net prices.

We normally deliver to the nearest delivery point for DHL.
As an option, we deliver with DHL Parcel or Piece goods.
This must be notified to us and it may result in increased shipping costs.
